TransChem USA , a family-owned and operated tank truck carrier, is looking for a
Director of Business Development – Bulk Tank Solutions
to help us grow across our asset-based bulk tank trucking fleet, bulk tank brokerage division, and trailer leasing services. This is a high-impact role responsible for building new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across all business lines. We are especially interested in candidates with bulk tank truck operations experience who are ready to bring their knowledge into a sales leadership role.

Prospect, qualify, and close new customer accounts Manage and grow existing client relationships Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint Sell and support services within our asset-based fleet (TransChem USA), bulk tank brokerage division, and trailer leasing program Partner with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Safety teams to deliver customer-focused solutions Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and represent TransChem USA at industry events Track and report sales performance using Salesforce CRM What We’re Looking For
Experience in the trucking industry (bulk tank truck strongly preferred), plus brokerage experience Proven success in sales, business development, or account management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events Why Join TransChem USA?
