Overview Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
ERP LN – Engineering/Manufacturing Lead Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in ERP LN – Engineering/Manufacturing including engineering processes, manufacturing planning, shop floor control, and production reporting functionalities. You will provide functional support, implement enhancements, and optimize ERP LN applications to meet business requirements. You will configure and customize ERP LN applications to align with business needs and oversee the implementation and integration of ERP LN financial modules. You will conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to ensure smooth operations of ERP LN applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide functional support for ERP LN – Engineering/Manufacturing modules.
Configure, customize, and implement ERP LN applications to align with business needs.
Oversee implementation and integration of ERP LN financial modules.
Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot issues; provide resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education).
Minimum of 7 years of IT experience.
6+ years working with ERP LN, specifically in Engineering/Manufacturing including engineering change management and manufacturing costing.
Proficiency in ERP LN application configuration, customization, and implementation.
Strong understanding of business processes related to engineering workflows, production orders, material requirements planning, and shop floor execution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is desirable.

Compensation Base pay range: $82,683.00/yr - $119,228.00/yr
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In San Diego, CA: $82,683 to $119,228
