Manage a complex portfolio of major e-commerce customers by establishing productive, professional relationships with designated account leaders and developing an understanding of the customer’s business portfolios using market data to identify portfolio gaps. Achieve revenue targets and accurately manage quarterly budget cycles, forecasting, and business reviews. Manage the P&L for assigned customers including sales and spending forecast, negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities in all categories. Schedule quarterly business review sessions with key stakeholders to review performance and strategize future growth opportunities. Lead sales and spend forecasting with support from product and marketing – ownership of the ecommerce P&L and performance metrics. Oversee retail pricing, monitor buy-box trends, and collaborate with leadership to price appropriately for the market. Identify and understand drivers and blockers of ecommerce sales (paid media, content, inventory availability, distribution, etc.) and implement new strategies to remove obstacles. Act as the main contact for project and service escalations to nurture strong customer relationships and advocate for process improvements when needed. Monitor performance challenges and represent the customer perspective among HNI Workplace Furnishings functional areas, serving as the primary contact for account management with one or more teams. Coordinate connections between HNI teams and resources to ensure proper support, deploy strategic objectives, and communicate changes while implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand guidelines. Participate in activities to support the success of the organization. What You Have

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. At least 4 years of sales or ecommerce account management experience, ideally with major marketplaces; 7 years' experience preferred.
