Federal Immigration Litigation Attorney (Seattle, Washington) Full-time | Remote (with some travel) | Washington State Bar required

What We Offer
$110,000 – $140,000 salary based on experience
Health, dental, and vision insurance (upon qualification)
Remote work with travel as needed

Your Role We are seeking a Federal Immigration Litigation Attorney passionate about advocacy and leadership. In this role, you will:
Draft persuasive briefs, motions, and legal documents
Prepare thoroughly for trials and oral arguments
Manage multiple litigation cases simultaneously
Guide case development and contribute to litigation strategy
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the Washington State Bar
Minimum 5 years of post-J.D. experience with federal litigation required
Proven skills in trial advocacy, legal research, and writing
Strong knowledge of federal laws, regulations, and courtroom protocol
Excellent communication, analysis, and case management skills
Immigration or appellate experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
Writing sample required (brief or comparable legal work)
