Excellent verbal and written communication skills when communicating with clients, adjusters, medical providers, experts, defense counsel and Court personnel. Proactively handle a caseload of 75-100 files from intake through settlement/trial, including drafting Complaints, Motions and responsive pleadings, as well as Specials/Discovery/Arbitration/Mediation/Friendly Hearing/Trial packages, Releases and other settlement documents. Independently conduct depositions and attend all Court proceedings. Maintain a tally of PIP ledgers, EOBs, health insurance, Medicare and/or Medicaid records; file PIP arbitrations/lawsuits when necessary. Experience with legal database software; Needles/Neos is a plus. Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NJ Personal Injury and Employment Law. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, identify problems and implement solutions, and maintain meticulous cloud-based paperless files. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation packages up to $175,000/yr with remote/hybrid opportunities based on experience.
