Overview Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Director to join the Community Pride team. The Director will bring a passion for HCZ's mission: breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life. Community Pride is one of HCZ’s oldest programs, working with tenant groups, block associations, faith-based institutions, and local businesses to address neighborhood needs and empower residents. The Program supports residents as they develop into effective leaders who advocate for themselves and their families. The Program Director will continue to develop relationships with families and residents in and around the St. Nicholas housing development and lead HCZ’s holistic community approach.

Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.
