Overview Nasuni is seeking a Director of Integrated Global Campaigns to lead and scale our global Campaign motion. The Director of Global Integrated Campaigns will own the development and execution of cross-functional, multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and elevate brand awareness for Nasuni globally. This leader will work closely with product marketing, content strategy, digital, sales, partner marketing, and regional field teams to create and activate go-to-market (GTM) campaigns that resonate with enterprise IT buyers. This role requires a modern B2B marketing leader with a deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey, cloud and data infrastructure markets, and the ability to translate Nasuni’s value into scalable, full-funnel programs.

Development of global GTM campaign strategy across core use cases and buyer personas; align campaign architecture to Nasuni’s strategic initiatives and solution areas
Campaign objectives, KPIs, and reporting frameworks aligned with marketing-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue
End-to-end campaign planning, execution, and measurement across email, digital, social, paid media, webinars, events, ABM, and partner marketing
Global Growth: Own demand generation globally, partnering with the NA & EMEA marketers to understand their goals and build scalable programs that meet the needs of the regions
Campaign briefs and creative development and content coordination
Cross functional collaboration: Collaborate with Digital and Web teams to ensure campaign alignment across digital experiences
Budget Management & agency relations: Manage campaign-related budget, timelines, and agency/vendor relationships
Team Leadership: Grow, mentor, and inspire a high-performing demand generation team with global reach
Qualifications
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or Infrastructure
5+ years in a leadership role owning integrated campaign strategy and execution
Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across global markets
Familiarity with IT buyer journeys and sales cycles in mid-market and enterprise segments
Experience with modern marketing tools including Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Drift and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong analytical skills and an ability to turn insights into actions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and seniority levels
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
