Summary The Last Mile Site Manager oversees all aspects of delivery and shipping operations, evaluates budgets, resolves conflicts, and ensures adherence to health, safety, and labor standards. Responsibilities
Coordinate flow of communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams, Flatbed Drivers, Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams Provide on-site presence on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams follow procedures Oversee recruitment, processing, and performance of Haulers Develop and maintain relations with vendors Ensure follow-up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims Interface with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery Maintain monthly operation reports including statistics and customer service scores Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent mathematical skills and ability to analyze figures and amounts Ability to analyze technical and scientific information as it pertains to the business Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities with the ability to develop creative solutions Company Benefits

The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors.
