We’re looking for forward-thinking attorneys who desire to pursue a meaningful career impacting the estate and financial outcomes of our clients. This is a client-facing role. When hired, we will locate and lease an office convenient for you and our clients. You will host and speak at workshops, meet with probable clients for first consultations, and design individualized estate plans.

Hosting and speaking at public workshops; educate probable clients about estate and financial planning options Meeting with probable clients for first consultations and gathering necessary information to make planning recommendations Engaging clients to move forward with preparation of estate planning documents Reviewing drafts of the estate plan to ensure it meets client needs and wishes Utilizing legal knowledge to make fiduciary recommendations for individualized plans Conducting document signing appointments with clients, including notarization and explaining the plan Assessing opportunities to provide integrated estate and financial planning Recording detailed notes of meetings and calls in the client database Weekly meetings with a mentor attorney to discuss complex matters Communicating with clients, attorneys, financial advisors, and staff Responding to client requests via email and phone Working collaboratively with the team
Requirements
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Juris Doctorate and Licensed as an Attorney Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and Apple Ability to work early evenings twice a month No estate planning experience required Salary: Generous base with bonus, based on experience Health insurance with company contributions Maternity/paternity leave after 1 year of employment 401(k) with matching benefits
