to join their team. Will provide support to attorneys in all phases of complex transactions—from due diligence through closing and post-closing. You will handle entity formations, corporate governance, and closings; prepare and file corporate and real estate documents; draft resolutions, consents, officer certificates, and UCC filings; and review title reports, surveys, and contracts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate, finance, and real estate law, with proven ability to manage large-scale transactions.
