The role requires a strong background in credit and risk management within the banking industry, with the ability to prioritize and allocate resources based on risk exposure, audit findings, and regulatory requirements. The CRO will collaborate with the CEO and the Board of Directors to set and adjust risk tolerance levels and communicate risk management issues to all stakeholders. A key aspect is ensuring compliance with banking regulations related to credit and risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience in stress testing, scenario analysis, and be skilled in using data to drive risk management decision-making. Responsibilities
