Drive On-Demand provides white-label fulfillment solutions for merchants across verticals such as Grocery, Convenience, Retail, Alcohol, Health, and more. The Commerce Platform Logistics team is a sustainable growth team within Commerce Platform. The Order Experience team focuses on the post-checkout experience and refunds experience to ensure high-quality merchant and customer experience from checkout to delivery. This includes expanding product offerings, improving the refunds experience, and reducing costs to accelerate merchant growth and enhance customer satisfaction. About The Role At DoorDash, our goal is to empower local economies. A key part of that mandate is to ensure a strong order experience to allow merchants to scale e-commerce channels. We are looking for a leader with an “and not either/or” mindset who is passionate about driving sustainable growth. As an Associate Manager, DCP Lx Order Experience, you will analyze, track, and improve the order experience, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify trends, scope impactful initiatives, and support the execution of product go-to-market. Your work will be both strategic and deeply operational, from sizing the impact of a change to leading experiments for new post-checkout products in-market. Responsibilities
Develop our long-term vision for improving the order experience post checkout, including the refunds experience. Partner with Analytics and Product to scope, size, and prioritize initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to help execute changes internally. Present products to Merchants in partnership with Account Owners. Manage impacts to the refunds cost line. Define and track North Star metrics. Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree. Strong experience developing a strategy and using data to identify trends, root causes, and to drive a vision plan. Execution-focused with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps. Comfort working with data—SQL and Excel/Google Sheets experience preferred. Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Product, Engineering, Strategy & Operations, Account Management, and Support teams. Highly detail-oriented with strong ability to organize, track, and analyze performance data. Bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Base salary is localized by location. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants.
