Department Overview: Americas Investment Management Finance Planning & Analysis Group. Role Description Looking for a senior FP&A professional with experience building and maintaining financial models, budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis to lead the management reporting function for the Asset Management business. Responsibilities

Leverage existing recurring management reporting processes to own end-to-end reporting that will enable senior leadership to make effective decisions about revenue, cost base, and financial resource allocations. Prepare Executive Presentations, variance analysis and business performance reviews. Manage the execution and delivery of the budget and forecast by partnering with business management to submit results, design reporting to track variances to budget and forecast, and assist in all adhoc analysis as required. Partner with Strategy teams to provide analysis for business reviews and expense deep dives as part of a larger regional team. Leverage the firm’s Finance Transformation tools to create automated reporting using Power BI, Alteryx or other tools as needed. Qualifications

6+ years in accounting or financial experience, with a preference for FP&A functions. 3+ years of experience in Asset Management business. Experience in leading or being a senior contributor of a management reporting function. Experience with Oracle Essbase / Hyperion is required. PeopleSoft General Ledger experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines; ability to effectively communicate with senior management and summarize findings; proactive and detail-oriented. Motivated self-starter capable of excelling in a fast-paced team environment. Bachelor’s degree is required; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
