As our Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind high-impact visual assets that drive Seso’s growth and elevate our brand. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design compelling materials that tell our story, capture attention, and move audiences to action. Your work will span everything from digital campaigns to large-scale event backdrops, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand presence across every touchpoint.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of projects including product launches, website redesign, targeted campaigns, and brand design and visual identity. We are willing to consider part-time or full-time consultants based on availability.

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for print, digital, and experiential channels

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create assets for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives

Maintain and evolve Seso’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials

This could include:

Digital Assets

Blog visuals

Email and webinar visuals

Knowledge base and eBook designs

Social media graphics (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoom backgrounds)

Nice-to-have: Web design

Physical/Print Collateral

Branded swag, merch, and gifts

Event graphics (e.g., banners, business cards, posters)

Sales one-pagers and pitch decks

Slide Presentations

Webinars

Trade shows

Internal high-profile events

Skillset

3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or marketing agency environment

Proficiency with Figma, Canva and Framer; motion graphics experience a plus

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar software for digital/print design)

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across print, digital, and experiential mediums

Excellent visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout

Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment

Fluency in English necessary; ability to speak Spanish a plus
