The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a Collection Requirements Manager (CRM), you will use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to collaborate across the IC to understand intelligence gaps, prioritize information required to close them, and provide your client with actionable intelligence and context. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, this role offers an opportunity to lead efforts to inform our nation’s leaders.
Responsibilities
Prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements using your understanding of various collection platforms.
Track and manage collection requirements and support collection assessment efforts.
Provide time-critical recommendations to clients, often under pressure.
Share expertise with other collection managers through leadership and mentoring.
Identify new opportunities to help clients meet analytic challenges as a technical leader.
Collaborate across teams to ensure the right information is delivered at the right time to support policymakers.
Qualifications
Experience identifying appropriate CM access points and methods
Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT
Knowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in data
Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems
Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have
Experience as a multi-intelligence CRM
Experience with MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R
Ability to brief senior defense and government officials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Completion of an in-residence DoD IC Collection Management Course
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is
$77,600.00 to $176,000.00
(annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
