Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the Supervising Workers' Compensation Consultant (SWCC), the Workers' Compensation Consultant is responsible for the case management of their files. The Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) is growing and we are developing a claims team geared toward strategic planning with case management efficiency as a focus. We are interactive in the employee participation of how that happens. Our SIBTF team consists of claims professionals that are driven to succeed in the fast moving, and growing, program that we work in.

Qualifications / Special Requirements

Statement of Qualifications: 12 pt font, no greater than 2 pages

Describe how you qualify to perform the essential functions as the Workers' Compensation Consultant

Describe any knowledge you have of settlements, apportionment, medical records review, and providing benefits

Briefly describe your customer service experience

Working Conditions This position is located in Sacramento SIBTF, 1750 Howe Avenue, Suite 370, Sacramento, CA 95825-3367. The incumbent will work in an office setting, typically 40 hours per week, in a building with elevator access and standard office equipment.
