Bachelor\'s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering required with 7+ years of experience (equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience may be considered). Experience
5+ years of people management experience preferred. Proven track record in directly serving customers. Prior experience in Technical Application Support and the Biotechnology industry preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Demonstrated leadership and people development skills Excellent presentation skills Effective communication skills, both oral and written Ability to prioritize effectively Outstanding problem-solving ability Computer literacy, including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and Internet applications Details
