Job Title:
Recruiting Coordinator (12-Month Contract)
Base pay range:
$38.00/hr - $57.50/hr
Work Hours:
40 hrs/week + 5–10 hrs/week overtime potential (OT may be completed remotely post-office hours)
Contract Duration:
12 months
Pay Rate:
$38.00 – $57.50/hour (commensurate with location and experience)
This is a high-impact, high-volume coordination role requiring sharp attention to detail, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting recruitment at top tech companies or fast-paced startups.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end scheduling for evergreen and specialized hiring needs across technical, engineering, and corporate functions
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and welcoming communication (written and verbal)
Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and leadership to ensure seamless interview execution and candidate touchpoints
Manage candidate travel and reimbursement logistics (including international scheduling)
Greet and host candidates both virtually and in person, ensuring a warm and polished experience
Support senior and executive-level hiring coordination in collaboration with the Executive Operations team
Troubleshoot scheduling challenges, identify process improvements, and help streamline recruitment workflows using data and tools
Qualifications
2–3 years of recruiting coordination experience at a top-tier tech company or high-growth startup
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Meet, Calendar, Docs), Slack, and applicant tracking systems like Ashby
Proven ability to manage 100–200+ interviews per month
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized work style
Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional tone when interacting with candidates and internal teams
Adaptability in high-growth, “scrappy” environments without rigid structure (must thrive in ambiguity)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience scheduling with tools like Guide
Understanding of AI, ML, or broader tech landscapes to engage candidates
Familiarity with process automation tools used in recruiting coordination
Exposure to both technical and non-technical recruiting functions
