Field Marketing & Events Manager - SF Bay Area Description
We're seeking a seasoned and dynamic Field Marketing & Events Manager to engage the Bay Area developer community.

In this strategic role, you will lead our Bay Area programs, enhance Bright Data’s brand by orchestrating regional events and impactful campaigns, and cultivate a strong local customer community. Responsibilities
Own the Bay Area marketing pipeline, executing a multi-channel strategy (events, digital, ABM) to generate and mature qualified leads. Engage the local developer and tech ecosystem by hosting high-impact events (workshops, hackathons, etc.) and establishing our office as a community hub. Drive the regional event strategy, managing a diverse portfolio from large-scale conferences and trade shows to intimate executive round tables. Partner with Sales teams to design and launch strategic ABM campaigns that create and accelerate pipeline for key enterprise accounts. Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates to optimize programs and demonstrate a clear impact on the business. Lead complex projects with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align on and execute go-to-market goals. Requirements
Familiarity with developer tools, platforms, and communities is mandatory. Proven experience managing field marketing strategy to the developer community for a tech/dev/data software company. 5+ years of experience working at developer platform companies such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Datadog, Sumologic or other similar companies is required. Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities for engagement High verbal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones and communication channels. Remarkable project and time management skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for in-person event execution.
