Overview Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP is seeking an attorney with significant, hands-on experience in construction defect litigation on the defense side to join our Sacramento office. This is a full-time, in-office position. We are not seeking applicants who want to work remotely; instead, we are looking for candidates who are eager to build a long-term career at the firm and grow into partnership after demonstrating consistent performance, leadership, and contribution.

Manage all phases of construction litigation, with emphasis on taking the lead in depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses. Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, prepare and argue motions, and independently manage case files. Second chair trial experience is a plus. Strong research and writing skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications
Extensive experience in construction defect litigation on the defense side. Compensation & Benefits The position offers a salary range of
$140,000 - $180,000
per year, plus a
$20,000
