Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and agile
Global Talent Development & Culture Partner, North America
to join our global Talent & Culture team. In this role, you will
design and lead
organizational and talent strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and retention, address talent gaps, build succession pipelines, and shape global performance management processes. You will set direction and create frameworks that empower leaders, accelerate capability building, and deliver measurable business impact challenging the status quo with innovative, future-oriented approaches.
This position will report to the Global Head of Talent Management and Culture.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Design & Leadership:
Design, shape, and lead global organizational and talent initiatives from vision to execution, ensuring scalability and long-term impact.
Leading Change in a Transforming Organization:
Act as a global change architect, enabling mindset shifts, embedding agility and resilience, and steering communication strategies for transformation.
Innovation & Digital Strategy:
Pioneer the use of AI, interactive platforms, and digital tools to deliver cutting-edge, scalable OD and talent solutions worldwide.
Global Talent & Culture Management:
Define and evolve global talent practices, succession strategies, and capability frameworks that reinforce leadership pipelines and a culture of collaboration.
Capability Building & Leadership Partnering:
Design and deliver trainings, workshops, and interventions, partnering with regional leaders and HRBP as a facilitator and advisor.
Data-Driven Insights:
Implement comprehensive listening strategies (e.g., engagement surveys), translate insights into actionable outcomes, and use analytics to guide decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or OD (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or L&D.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and driving change in a global and changing environment. Strong business and strategic point of view.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools, digital platforms, and collaborative technologies to transform organizational processes and accelerate people development.
A demonstrated ability to inspire others, drive and facilitate innovative initiatives, and cultivate strategic partnerships. Ability to challenge the status quo and deliver impactful outcomes.
Skilled in interpreting engagement and assessment data to identify trends and inform decisions.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English
