Department overview: This role will help manage the budget/projections/trend of spend for our Global Technology organization and work directly with business partners around the world. This role resides in a strategic environment and a successful candidate will be both analytically and technically adept. The candidate will communicate to upper management frequently; professionalism is key. They will need to navigate uncharted situations independently, achieve goals, and provide insightful analysis to drive the business and finance organization forward. Ability to boil-down and de-mystify information to facilitate effective cross-functional discussions is mandatory.

Facilitate processes surrounding the long-range plan, annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly variance analysis within Global Technology

Investigate and understand detailed drivers of spending within the Technology business units, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and Project costs of over $100 million in spend

Design, develop & deliver insightful reports/analyses for distribution within the Technology organization and across the wider organization on an ongoing basis

Cultivate robust business partnerships with an organization significant in size, complexity, and stature

Engage in meaningful and relevant interactions with senior leadership (Senior Directors and above)

Engage in frequent ad hoc analysis and projects, inception through completion

Correlate large amounts of financial data into meaningful cross-functional business discussions

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of working experience post undergraduate degree

Cost management and budgetary planning experience

Strong aptitude with financial systems

Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently

Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and department owners of financial outcomes of business decisions

Problem solving and conflict resolution through strong analytics

Thrive in ad-hoc situations and manage conflicting data quickly and confidently

Salary Range $75,700.00 - $94,620.00
