Senior Manager of Investor Relations
to join its growing finance and corporate affairs team. This high-visibility role offers the chance to work directly with executive leadership to shape how the company is positioned with the investment community, especially institutional shareholders and bondholders. This is a rare opportunity to plug into a company with strong leadership, a dynamic portfolio, and a compelling growth story—while directly influencing how the public markets view and value the business. Collaborate closely with the VP of IR to execute the investor communications strategy Own and refine quarterly earnings deliverables: press releases, scripts, presentations, and Q&A Lead outreach efforts to the Buy-Side and Sell-Side; coordinate meetings and conferences Analyze shareholder trends, market activity, and competitor moves to inform strategic positioning Work cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging Manage third-party IR vendors and maintain consistent investor engagement 6+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance Prior experience in the energy or industrial sectors is a plus If interested in learning more, send an updated resume to ckennedy@rwr.com Seniority level
