Overview The Plant Director will drive continuous and significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost by developing an excellent organization, and methodically & aggressively implementing a lean operating methodology. The Kenosha plant is key to Tecomet's overall success. It produces complex instrumentation for the spine, orthopedics, ligation and sports medicine markets.

Maintaining a culture where safety, quality, schedule and cost are the main focal points with a continuous improvement mentality Strategic planning for annual plans to ensure that the business complies with ISO, FDA, EPA, OSHA and all other legal requirements Drive rapid, significant and sustainable improvement in SQD Provide the leadership necessary for the development and execution of a strategy that supports the overall market-driven business strategy Lead regular KPI reviews for the plant team to ensure attainment of results and a sense of urgency with respect to implementation priorities Passionately drive a lean operating system mentality and culture in a highly structured and prescriptive way leading the development and implementation of the roadmap to achieve breakthrough operating performance (5S, SMED, TPM, etc.) Build, coach and mentor an outstanding team, including maintaining morale at a high level Ensure key operational metrics and KPI systems are consistently tracking the appropriate measures and provoking appropriate responsive behavior Continually evolve operational efficiency and assess opportunities to reduce cost, taking aggressive action to drive financial performance in the areas of direct and indirect labor, manufacturing overhead cost, as well as inventory level Ensure effective allocation of resources across all areas of the plant to accomplish customer-driven priorities Coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, design engineering, and other functional organization Partner with the broader management team to ensure the best possible product and customer satisfaction Continually benchmark best practices and drive effective implementations Facilitate resolutions for customer production concerns or problems between sales staff and plant production staff as needed Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field is required. MBA is preferred. 10+ years manufacturing operations leadership experience Experience in Medical Device manufacturing and machining environments Demonstrated track record of significant performance improvement through the successful development of a lean culture and implementation of a standardized operating management system Strong development of people and teams, believing it a critical component in driving organizational change and effectiveness Additional traits and competencies

Highly customer responsive and entrepreneurial Very resourceful, combining strong manufacturing and technical abilities with good overall management acumen Strong ability to deploy resources to key priorities Ability and passion to lean operating system culture Ability to create followership and lead an organization through significant change and improvement Tough-minded but a welcome team member Possesses a high sense of urgency Seniority level
