You have at least three to four years of law firm experience with intellectual property matters, including copyright litigation. Your experience includes litigation with regards to technology and an understanding of the intersection between technology and copyright law. You have a formal technical background and strong academic credentials in law school and undergraduate coursework. You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and an action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters. You have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge across a broad spectrum of cases and counseling client matters.
