Manage all stages of labor and employment litigation, including case assessment, discovery, and trial preparation. Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, ensuring effective advocacy. Provide strategic counsel to clients, staying informed on legal developments and industry trends. Negotiate settlements, manage disputes, and cultivate strong client relationships. Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver successful outcomes.
