LOCATION JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is an industry-leading, private equity-backed specialty outpatient veterinary provider. The company is seeking a Head of Corporate Development responsible for driving the company’s growth initiatives through M&A. This individual will have a proven track record of executing transactions in a high-velocity M&A environment and will be comfortable working in a hands-on entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 10–15 years of M&A experience. Prior multi-site provider experience is required, and experience in veterinary services is preferred.
