Administer and configure network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls; perform day-to-day troubleshooting and optimization.
Ensure robust connectivity by managing and monitoring routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), TCP/IP stack, and network services such as DNS and DHCP.
Maintain and support IPv4/v6 networks; manage NSX-T environments and wireless networking solutions.
Implement Quality of Service (QoS) strategies for voice, data, and critical application traffic across distributed networks.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and ensuring high availability.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support network security, capacity planning, and business continuity solutions.
Document configurations, procedures, and change control processes for network infrastructure.
