Overview Americas Tax Technology Group – Business Analyst – Manager (SAP Implementation) at EY. The role sits in the Americas Tax Technology Group (ATTG) within the Solutions Delivery Pillar, focused on SAP implementation projects. You will partner with Business Technology Leaders, Solution Delivery Leaders and Architects to define and deliver long-term business and technology strategies for one or more portfolios, applying domain knowledge and enterprise analysis.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the BA approach, communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort for the Portfolio throughout all phases of the ATTG project lifecycle. Lead a team of BAs on program/portfolio projects; perform hands-on BA work as needed. Actively review requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis across the Portfolio. Collaborate with the Business Analysis Community of Practice to ensure consistent application of standards and methodologies; advise on exceptions. Lead QA Engineers, review test plans and drive solution quality. Coordinate with SAP implementation teams to ensure alignment with business processes. Develop and document SAP business processes, workflows and system requirements. Conduct gap analyses and identify process improvements within SAP. Provide training and end-user support on SAP functionalities and best practices. Manage RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) to meet business requirements and delivery timelines. Skills and Attributes for Success

Clear articulation of problems and proposed solutions; proactive issue identification with solutions and options. Ability to prioritize workloads to meet organizational objectives; strong verbal and written communication. Experience collaborating with external vendors, internal clients and cross-functional teams at varying executive levels; flexible to shifting priorities and ambiguity. Tax or Finance domain knowledge; experience leading BAs; enterprise analysis; proficiency in industry-standard BA techniques (user stories, use cases, UML, BABOK) and agile methodologies; experience with requirements management and change control tools. In-depth SAP knowledge (e.g., FICO, MM, SD) and SAP implementation experience; strong analytical skills. Leadership capabilities: supervision, delegation, coaching, and leading virtual teams; ability to assign work and review performance. Strong SAP delivery focus and ability to ensure solution meets business requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (computer science, engineering, accounting, finance preferred) or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred. 8–12 years of relevant experience; management experience a plus; CBAP/CBATL preferred; SAP certification or training desirable.
