Description
OCH Technologies is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and training. This role will also provide implementation advice on complex problems that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of USCG/DOD computer applications and C4IT Systems Engineering.

Core Responsibilities & Duties
• Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and training.
• Provides implementation advice on complex problems that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
• Participates as needed in all phases of software and hardware development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, training, and presentation phases.
• Provides technical advice, guidance and direction for the improvement, modification, and re-engineering of business processes, policies and procedures for any functional area under consideration or review.
• Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific programs.
• Directs the composition of, or composes and finalizes documentation.
Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, law, economics, mathematics, engineering or related field.
Experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years' of relevant experience.
• Experience in developing, creating, and modifying specialized computer applications and programs.
• Experience with USCG computer applications and programs.
• Experience with USCG/DOD software applications using AGILE software development.
• Experience analyzing user needs and developing custom software solutions for client use.
• Prior experience or knowledge of C4IT Systems Engineering.
Security Clearance Requirement
Candidate must have an active Secret clearance
Other Required Skills and Abilities
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
