Collaborate on Supreme Court and federal appellate matters, including cert-stage and merits briefs. Draft and review dispositive and complex trial-court motions that frame appellate issues. Develop holistic litigation strategies from trial through appeal; preserve and position error. Conduct deep legal research; analyze record and precedent to craft persuasive arguments. Coordinate with trial teams, clients, and subject-matter experts for integrated advocacy. Qualifications
Appellate clerkship required (federal circuit or state high court; U.S. Supreme Court a plus). Exceptional legal research, analysis, and brief-writing skills with meticulous editing. Prior experience in appellate litigation at a firm or in government service welcomed. Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; strong academic credentials.
