Location: New York, NY Full Time Opportunity 3 days on site The Opportunity We\'re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of payments and a passion for building partner-friendly APIs to join our growing product team. You\'ll work directly with the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional partners to define, build, and scale our payments capabilities and integration frameworks enabling a new generation of third-party applications to connect and transact securely. What You'll Do
Own the product lifecycle for our payments APIs from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering and design to define technical requirements, API schemas, and integration flows. Partner with external fintechs and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and build features that scale. Drive integration readiness and enablement, including documentation, testing tools, and onboarding frameworks. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on payment flows, standards (e.g. ACH, RTP), and best practices. Identify opportunities to simplify integration experiences and reduce time-to-market for third-party developers. Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and technical understanding where applicable. Complies with the company in-office policy. Collaborate in-person with teams at our New York City office to drive initiatives. What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments. Strong understanding of payments systems (e.g., ACH, wire, RTP, card rails), payment operations, and API design. Experience working with or building for third-party developers and partners. Familiarity with OAuth, token exchange, and developer onboarding flows is a strong plus. Technical fluency comfortable working through API specs, integration edge cases, and data models with engineers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. AI fluency a plus; bonus points if you actively use LLMs to supercharge your workflow. Seniority level
