SaaS Contracting:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, channel, vendor, and data processing agreements. Strategic Legal Advice:
Provide timely, practical, business-oriented guidance on legal and commercial issues to teams across the company. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and nurture relationships with sales, finance, product, marketing, and security as a trusted advisor. Project Management:
Manage multiple priorities, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals in a dynamic environment. Proactive Problem Solving:
Lead a range of legal projects to support evolving needs of a SaaS/AI company. About You
Legal Expertise:
J.D. degree, active state bar admission, and 10+ years of relevant experience, including in-house. Commercial Aptitude:
Proven ability to draft and negotiate SaaS/technology agreements, including channel/resale models. Government contracting (FED/SLED) is a plus. Risk-Balanced Approach:
Clear, actionable advice aligned with business objectives and legal best practices. Business Partnership Mindset:
Strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships and client service focus. Adaptability and Drive:
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. AI Experience:
Experience applying AI in legal contexts, including contract drafting/analysis and AI-assisted legal research. Values Alignment:

Base salary range is $200,000–$240,000 annually, with potential for variable compensation, equity, and benefits depending on location, level, knowledge, skills, and experience.
