The Opportunity This position is located in the Fraud Section of the Department of Justice, Criminal Division and supports the Market Integrity Major Fraud Unit. As a Litigation Support Analyst, you will work closely with trial attorneys in fast-paced setting to assist with investigation and prosecution of fraud including in courtroom support. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals beginning a career in the legal field.
Responsibilities
Perform legal and administrative duties requested by attorneys
Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, communicating summaries and analysis of findings
Organize and prioritize numerous tasks effectively and completes tasks under strict time constraints
Work on multiple cases simultaneously and multi-task with minimal supervision
Travel to site for hearings, discovery and trials and operate electronic courtroom aid during trial to assist in presentation of evidence
Qualifications
Required:
Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree
Highly organized and demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment
Must have excellent writing skills and oral communications capabilities
A knowledgeable user of the Government\'s office and network environment, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet and hardware system
Deliver consistent high-quality wok product in a deadline driven environment under extreme pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Adobe Acrobat
DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required)
Desired:
Automated litigation Support experience
Document review and Relativity experience
eDiscovery experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks similar to the duties and responsibilities described
Pay and Benefits This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location. Minimum Required Hourly Wage $26.81
