Sr. Interior Designer

to join us in a dynamic, collaborative design atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design and technical abilities, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. The best candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a team setting. Experience in the AEC industry is preferred, with interest in working in a global design environment across public assembly building types, including sports venues, convention centers, and transportation facilities. What Your Day Could Consist Of

Ability to work in a dynamic, creative environment, contributing to design and documentation across all aspects of the interiors process using various media. Strong hospitality design experience. Creative design thinking with expertise in spatial and environmental design, branding development, storytelling, and graphic design sensibility. Strong conceptual design, organizational, presentation, and technical skills. Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Confidently interact with clients, lead presentations, meetings, and collaborative sessions. Ability to earn trust, build partnerships, and lead large consultant teams. Experience managing multiple projects independently with minimal supervision. Openness to giving and receiving direction within a collaborative team. A deep passion for design and innovation. Excellent visual, written, and spoken communication skills to convey concepts clearly. Detail-oriented and effective in demanding environments. Strong sketching and freehand drawing skills to convey ideas quickly. Requirements For Success

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, technical writing, and editing. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Positive, resourceful attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Essential Qualifications

Professional Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. 15+ years of relevant experience. NCIDQ certification is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Rendering experience (computer and freehand). Additional details

Travel may be required. Overtime may be necessary. Compensation The projected salary range for this opportunity is $129,733 - $152,166 annually, with variation based on skills, experience, and education.
