$59.85 / Hour Responsibilities Execute social media campaigns, ensuring campaigns are built, launched, optimized, and reported on successfully and within specified scope. Vet and qualify inbound campaign assignments; lead discovery phase with Marketing and Media Strategy teams to define campaign parameters (budget, timing, objective, goals, audience targeting) and secure ad assets (creative assets and landing destinations) for media buyers. Engage Analytics Operations and WebDev teams to fulfill pre-launch campaign measurement requirements. Set and manage timing and deliverable expectations with campaign stakeholders and ensure key deadlines are met. Monitor campaign performance across multiple social platforms on an ongoing basis and ensure campaigns are meeting expectations. Analyze campaign performance data and take action on optimizations across multiple platforms. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in multiple social buying platforms including Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Expertise in buying and optimizing in Meta. Experience managing end-to-end social media planning and buying workflows—from discovery through post-mortem reporting. Solid understanding of social buying optimization concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences. Broad knowledge of the programmatic media and paid social landscape. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Excellent time management and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills At least 5 years of hands-on, in-platform social buying experience at an agency, media trading desk, or media vendor. 3-5+ years managing Meta campaigns from planning or buying workflows. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.). Experience optimizing media toward multi-touch attribution data (preferred). Bachelor's Degree.
