Do you have a passion for building new programs from the ground up within a world-class enterprise? We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Staff Marketing Manager to pioneer the digital media strategy for our Activate Experts program. This is a critical role where you will architect and execute comprehensive marketing strategies designed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for a key new offering. You are not just running campaigns; you are building the playbook for how our brand wins at the local level, market by market. This role reports to the Principal Manager of Local Digital Media and Emerging Tech and will serve as the central hub for one of our most exciting growth initiatives.

7+ Years Paid Media with focus on digital. Experience leading strategies & initiatives with high impact results in DMA and local marketing, with an in-depth understanding of customer needs and market dynamics Digital Marketing & technical expertise: you are a digital native and expert in driving revenue growth, with focus in paid media Passion towards keeping up with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes Minimal travel for industry networking, media, conferences, and related events Hybrid Role: 3 days in office/week in either San Diego or an office location in the Bay Area (MTV, SF)
How you will lead As the lead for the Activate Experts program, you will own the end-to-end digital media strategy.
Your Responsibilities Will Fall Into Three Key Areas Strategic Program Leadership & Innovation: Architect and execute sophisticated marketing strategies that blend national brand messaging with DMA-level and hyper-local targeting; manage the program's digital media budget to maximize ROI; pioneer scalable testing plans for local markets; evaluate new marketing technologies for personalization and local measurement. Cross-Functional Influence & Partnership: Serve as the primary media partner for the internal go-to-market team; champion the program's vision across the organization; cultivate strong relationships with agencies and media partners; provide clear updates to senior leadership. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Drive the program's operational rhythm with regular cadences; translate complex data into actionable insights for optimization and strategic pivots.

You have a proven track record of growing new products or services for enterprise-level brands, with success at the local or retail level. You are a master storyteller who uses data to craft compelling narratives and articulate strategy and impact to cross-functional teams and executive leadership. You can context-switch between detailed analysis and high-level vision for senior leaders. You have a proactive learner's mindset, with a bias for solving problems and driving continuous improvement and innovation. Compensation and Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California: $158,000.00 - $213,500.00 Southern California: $150,500.00 - $203,500.00 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
