Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

This Senior Civil Project Manager leads civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors, serving as the primary client contact and overseeing design and planning efforts, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead and manage design and technical teams Develop and maintain client relationships Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth Allocate internal and external resources effectively Monitor project budgets, billing, and cash flow Ensure accurate documentation and reporting Manage project schedules and timelines Prepare specifications, proposals, and statements of qualifications Oversee site grading, road design, and utility systems (stormwater, sewer, water) Conduct modeling for stormwater quantity and quality Design erosion and sediment control systems Support land entitlement and site layout processes Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities High ethical standards and reliability Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's or MBA preferred) Minimum of 12 years of experience in civil project management Experience with private development projects is essential Washington State PE license required; multi-state licensure is a plus PMP certification is beneficial Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record required for travel to project sites and client meetings Compensation and Benefits
