Assist customers in selling their business, guide them in marketing to ensure interested buyers can find them in a timely manner. Organize ownership transfers and aid in the bargaining process between buyers and sellers. Perform a variety of marketing tasks, such as listing businesses and setting up viewings to promote them. Qualifications
Real estate education or certification is desired but not necessary. A state real estate license is required. If not licensed, you can obtain your license during a three-month initial training period. Background in business ownership, law, accounting, finance, real estate, or sales is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training and mentoring programs to help you get up and running quickly. The position is 100% commission-based with an aggressive commission split, and we seek sophisticated, hard-working, enthusiastic sales associates. Employment details
