Job Details Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admission to practice in New York

2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial real estate disputes

Strong knowledge of zoning, land use, and municipal law

Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently

Demonstrated client service and business development acumen
