Role Description The patent prosecution associate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent validity, non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate analyses. Candidates will have experience with, IP due diligences, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings and other IP matters for small molecule pharmaceuticals. Candidates must have an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in chemistry, with a strong emphasis in organic or medicinal chemistry, and be registered to practice with the USPTO. Qualifications
Juris Doctor and PhD in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry or related field. Admitted to the USPTO Massachusetts Bar. A minimum of 2 years of experience prosecuting patent applications in biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Seniorities
