Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects. Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications. Conduct site assessments and gather data for project planning and design. Perform calculations and analyses for grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success. Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and local regulations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land development. What We Offer:
