A well-established
commercial drywall contractor with over a decade of proven success
is looking for an experienced
Drywall Project Manager/Estimator
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for driven professionals seeking long-term growth, stability, and the chance to work on high-profile projects.
What You’ll Do Manage drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout
Prepare and submit accurate estimates using
On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management & estimating
Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid (required)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
