Diesel Technician A Level Monday - Friday! $25.00 - $50.00 Hourly (Depending on Experience) 6+ Years of Professional Experience Required in LT Duty / Med. Duty / Heavy Duty Diesel Overview We are a well-established auto and truck repair shop specializing in light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty vehicles. With a reputation for “prioritizing people over profits,” we take pride in delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services while maintaining a strong, customer-first culture. Our shop is equipped with 11 bays, a Hunter alignment rack, advanced scan tools, digital vehicle inspection technology, and a strong support system of foremen and experienced technicians. We are committed to investing in our people through paid training and certifications, including manufacturer-specific programs. Position: Diesel Technician We are seeking
two experienced diesel technicians
with at least
6+ years of professional experience . The ideal candidates are self-sufficient, skilled, and able to diagnose and repair without the need for constant oversight. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems across a wide range of vehicles (F250s to semi-trucks).
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and major repairs on brands including Cummins, Duramax, Detroit, Caterpillar, Powerstroke, and more.
Handle preventive maintenance, trailer repair,
aftertreatment/emissions
work, and general truck/auto repairs.
Maintain efficiency while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Collaborate with foremen and other technicians to ensure workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements Minimum of
6+ years of hands-on experience
as a diesel technician.
Proven expertise with
light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles .
Strong knowledge of major diesel platforms (Cummins, Duramax, Detroit, Caterpillar, Powerstroke).
Ability to work independently without hand-holding.
Must bring own tools (uniforms are provided and laundered).
Compensation Hourly pay: $25 – $50/hour
(based on experience).
