RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 26-week contract in Springfield, Vermont — earn up to ($2307 - $2428 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Identify and report potential safety hazards in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively.
Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge.
Participate in emergency response drills and preparedness activities.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Vermont or compact state.
Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
Strong ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Ability to identify and report safety hazards proactively.
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Willingness to participate in emergency response drills.
