Job Summary:
The Regional Vice President of Sales, College will be a sales and operational leader, responsible for crafting and executing high-impact sales programs at existing customers and prospecting new relationships in order to deliver growth objectives. This role demands a disciplined, personable individual that is driven by results. The ideal candidate is customer centric, adept at delivering exceptional customer service, and able to manage many competing priorities. A background in the collegiate market and familiarity with alumni associations in Texas is strongly preferred. This position is responsible for selling our full portfolio of products, including Class Rings, Champ Rings, Regalia, Diploma Covers and Diplomas, Graduation Photo, Portrait Photo, Yearbook.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to achieve sales goals. Establish structured selling protocols, including call planning and reporting standards. Guide and mentor teams to consistently meet and exceed business targets. Define key performance metrics for ring events and maintain tracking systems. Provide regular, data-driven updates to the Executive Team. Collaborate extensively with customers; assess and anticipate customer needs. Address pricing and service delivery issues to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and sustain long-term, profitable relationships through tailored customer engagement. Build strategic alliances internally and externally to support business growth and stakeholder success. Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Skills: Customer centric mindset, ability to solve problems and create solutions for the customer. Ability to effectively deliver customer sales presentations and business updates to senior leaders. A passion for driving growth. Action and results oriented, high energy, decisive and disciplined. A roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and a willingness to pitch in and do whatever is necessary to successfully grow the business and exceed customer expectations. Tolerance for change and ambiguity as well as the ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The highest level of ethics and integrity.
Experience Proven Leadership in Sales: demonstrated 1015 years of progressive experience. Track record of revenue growth and demonstrated success in building long-term partnerships. Experience at Sales execution, developing and executing comprehensive sales plans aligned with corporate objectives and customer expectations. Industry expertise in the collegiate and/or alumni arena. Cross-Functional Collaboration: History of working closely with executive leadership, marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
Requirements Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong command of sales analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire other sand influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change in fast-paced, competitive environments. Willingness to travel as needed, mostly throughout the state of Texas. Travel can peak at 75% during peak season and include weekends. Candidate must reside in the state of Texas. Preference to candidates in the Austin or Dallas areas within reasonable commuting distance of our offices. Work environment is in office 5 days per week when not travelling.
