POSITION OVERVIEW We're seeking a dedicated Dermatologist to join Harbor Health's growing team in Austin. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive dermatological care while collaborating with our integrated care team to deliver value-based healthcare solutions. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services Diagnose and treat various skin conditions, including skin cancer screenings Collaborate with primary care and specialists within Harbor's network Maintain detailed electronic medical records and documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Contribute to developing clinical protocols and best practices Support value-based care initiatives DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Board certified/eligible in Dermatology Current Texas medical license or eligible for licensure 3+ years of clinical experience preferred Experience with EMR systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of value-based care models Commitment to evidence-based practice Experience in a multi-specialty setting preferred WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity to shape dermatological services in an innovative payer model Collaborative and dynamic work environment An organization made of people who are passionate about changing the healthcare landscape Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development and growth opportunities A transparent and unique culture Harbor Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
