RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities Provide specialized care to neonates in the NICU.

Monitor and assess the health of newborns regularly.

Participate in continuous professional development activities.

Contribute to a growth-oriented and results-driven environment.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Utilize pipelines to track patient progress and outcomes.

Educate parents on neonatal care and health practices.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Experience/Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in NICU nursing.

Active RN license in North Carolina.

Proficiency in neonatal care and assessment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Strong communication skills for parent education.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience with electronic health record systems.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Adaptability to new healthcare technologies.
