Pack's Tavern, a busy, family-owned restaurant in downtown Asheville, is looking for a
part-time Host
to join our team. While your primary role will be hosting, you may occasionally work Server Assistant shifts to support the team during busy times. What we offer: Competitive pay – starting at
$10/hr + tips
(average
$18–$20/hr
with tip share)
3–4 shifts per week, including nights and weekends
A positive, team-focused environment
What you'll do as a Host: Greet guests warmly and manage the waitlist
Answer basic questions about the menu and the restaurant
Help seat guests quickly and efficiently
When filling in as a Server Assistant, you may: Run food and drinks to tables
Clear and reset tables
Support servers to keep service running smoothly
What we're looking for: Friendly and welcoming personality
Ability to stay organized during busy shifts
Comfortable on your feet for your entire shift
Strong team player and communicator
