VNA of Boston, a division of VNA Care, is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture. Location/Schedule:
Dorchester office: 150 Mount Vernon Street, Dorchester, MA 02125
Experience: Home care experience. 3 years clinical experience 1 year of leadership experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts Experience working with a union clinical team preferred Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, from an accredited program Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts BLS certification preferred OASIS certification is preferred Be a part of a historic and mission-driven organization that has shaped the future of home health since 1886!
